Shop By Category    
You can shop by category by clicking on the links on the left under “Shopping Categories ”, or by clicking on any of the drop-down menus at the top. On clicking the category name, you will be presented with all the products from that group. If you can not find a particular product for a category, simply email us and we will do our best to try to stock the product for you.

Searching For Products    
Type a product name or number into the search bar . You will then see a list of products relating to your query. Click on any of the links to see more details about that item and/or place the item in your basket. To bring up a wider range or results, try limiting your search to one word. If you cannot find a particular product for a category, simply email us and we will do our best to find it for you.

Collect In-Store for free    
If you live locally you can buy online and take advantage of any special online offers, and then collect your purchases at our shop for free. Just select Collect In-Store from our delivery options and we will contact you when your order is ready for collection. The address of our shop is 2 Marconi Gardens, Brentwood, Essex, CM15 9QY.


Recommend to a Friend    
You can recommend any of our products to your friends by clicking on the 'Email a Friend' link on the product pages. . In the window that appears, you can provide your name, email and friend's name and email. Type any message for your friend and click "Recommend". We'll gladly send your message with a link to that recommended page to your friend.

Gift Wrapping  
All our orders are carefully gift-wrapped free of charge in tissue paper and come with a complimentary personalised gift tag - the perfect way to send someone special a gift.To really take the bother out of sending gifts, during the checkout process we will prompt you for the gift message that you require and the recipient’s delivery address.

We will then ensure that your gift is sent without any pricing information, alternatively your order will be delivered gift-wrapped to you instead.

Reward Points  
Roomers Gifts Reward points are designed to give you something back for shopping with us. We'll give you 1 Reward Point for every £1 spent and if you look out for promotions you could earn even more. Once registered with us, every time you shop with Roomers Gifts you'll earn Reward Points.

Each Reward Point is worth 2.5 pence . You can check your points tally simply by clicking the 'My Account' link at the top and logging into your account. When you checkout, you'll be given the option to redeem the points you've collected or save them for another time. Please note, reward points cannot be converted into cash.

Your credit card transactions are secure. All on-line orders are encrypted and sent through a secure server, using SSL technology to prevent information from being intercepted.

Place An Order    
Placing an order is simple. Simply navigate our site to the products you want and when you've chosen the item, click the 'Buy Now' button. You'll then be forwarded to our cart page where you can either checkout immediately or continue shopping

Edit My Order    
If you wish to edit or change your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email explaining what you wish to change. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to modify or change your order.

Cancel My Order    
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email, including all relevant details, asking us to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel your order, however, you may return the item for a refund.

Returns Policy    
We want to offer our customers great satisfaction with a service to match. If you are unsatisfied with any order that you have received then you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt.

These terms do not apply to all personalised goods or misspellings. Please check your confirmation email to ensure that the spelling of names you have given us for personalised items is accurate otherwise any changes will be charged for.

We are fully compliant with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Act, which provides for a 7 day 'cooling off' period after an order is placed, during which time goods may be cancelled or returned (as long as they are unused and in their original packaging) however this does not apply to personalised products. Once in production, these goods cannot be cancelled and can only be returned if there is a fault in the product.

Delivery costs in this case will normally be at your expense, and we can only credit you on safe receipt of the goods into our hands. Please return the item to us within 14 days, as we cannot make any refunds, exchanges or credits outside of 14 days. All claims for non-delivery or other queries should be made to us within 21 working days
from us receiving your order.

When returning any items please enclose a copy of the invoice or a note with your name and invoice number clearly stating whether you require a refund or an exchange. If you do not enclose an invoice or letter with your details then we will not be able to tie the return up with your order. Unfortunately we do not refund postage if an item is returned.

Refunds will be made in the same method a payment was received. For example if you have paid by credit or debit card then we will make a refund directly to the card that was used to make payment. We recommend that you return items by recorded mail, as we cannot be held responsible for any missing parcels.

Please note that any items ordered from our sale section are non-returnable. Postage costs can also not be refunded when a return is made.

Coupon Redemption    
If you have a coupon, you can redeem it on the last page of the checkout process. Simply enter the coupon number and hit "Submit". You will see the coupon deducted from your total amount.

Create An Account    
Users who create a personal account with us, will be able to store all of their billing information with us, thus preventing having to enter it every time. To create an account, simply select "My Account " at the top of the page. From there, you will be able to register with us. You will also be able to register during your check-out process. If you do not wish to create an account with us, but wish to have your information stored for future orders, simply click the "remember me" option at the bottom of the billing/shipping page. The next time you come to our site, your billing and shipping information will be pre-filled for you! In order to take advantage of this feature, you must have your "cookies" enabled on your computer.

Forgot Username or Password    
If you forgot your username or password, simply go to the "My Account " screen and choose "Forgot my password". You will then be able to enter your email address and we will email you your username and password within a few minutes.

Edit Account Information    
If you wish to edit your account information, simply click the "My Account" button located at the top of the page. Enter your email address and password then click the "Sign In" button. Click on the "Update Your Profile" button and change any information you wish to change then click the "Update Profile " button located at the bottom of the page when you are finished.

View Past Orders    
To View your past orders, log into your account and click the link on the welcome page.

Delivery    
We aim to provide you with an excellent service to ensure that whether your item is a gift or not it will arrive beautifully packaged and intact. We provide free gift-wrapping as standard so you will be prompted for your gift message during the checkout process. All of our order items are despatched either by Royal Mail First Class Post or by Courier depending on the size of package and the weight. Roomers aim to despatch your personalised items within 3-5 days wherever possible (longer as we approach Christmas) and you will be informed if there is a delay.

If your order is urgent please inform us in the “Comments” box in the checkout section of the site. Once your order has been received you can track it by logging on to our website.

Individual or a combination of items weighing less than 1500g will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Post for a minimum postage cost of £3.95 and a maximum of £6.95. Please use the guide below to estimate the postage cost. However items weighing over 1.5 kilos either individually or as a combination will be delivered within the UK by courier to a single address for a flat rate of £9.95 no matter how many items have been ordered, please check below for prices within the EU.

How long does my order take to arrive?

Because of the personalisation orders are usually received within 3-5 working days within the UK and 7-10 days within the EU. If you need your order sooner please contact us directly on 01582343074.
